Step 2: Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our fulfillment center. This step ensures your return is tracked and processed correctly upon arrival.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please ship the item(s) securely to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Magazines & Books (Final Sale):
All MAGAZINES and BOOKS are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. This policy respects the nature of published works as consumable, experiential goods and protects the limited print runs often associated with our curated selection.

Selvedge Goods: Our curated SELVEDGE GOODS (e.g., apparel, accessories) are eligible for return within the standard 15-day policy, provided they meet the condition requirements stated above.

Damaged or Defective Items: If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, with our sincere apologies.

International Returns

For our global community outside the United States, the process remains the same. However, please note:

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred when sending the item back to the US.
  • We cannot mark return packages as “gifts” or with a reduced value for customs purposes.
